This review is strictly for Dr. Julien. He is a great doctor, and one of the few with excellent bedside manners. He introduced himself properly, he was engaged with everyone in the room, and explained everything while making good eye contact with everyone to make sure everyone was on the same board. He answered all questions, and just generally had a positive attitude despite it being busy. That’s a good doctor! And there’s not many like him in NYC.

The social worker Ms. Aviva Birnbaum was so helpful. I did not have to worry when I was at work. She kept me abreast of everything and worked with me on options that were good for my mother.

I had to rush my mom to the ER and Mount Sinai in Brooklyn was the closest place to her house. She was admitted and stayed there for almost 2 weeks. We’ve been in and out of hospitals for decades as my mom is fighting chronic illness. I have to say every single staff member treated her like no other places did before. From ER drs and nurses to all the personnel on her floor I’ve never seen this level of care and professionalism! I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to all the hard working people I met. From security guys at the lobby, to nurses, doctors, housekeeping and just everyone who passed by and said hello! Special thanks to my mom’s nurses Ms Gimma, Ms Keisha, ms Christina, ms Larissa, Victoria, Inna. Physical Therapist who helped my mom walk Ms Liliya! You guys are real life superheroes. Thank you!

I would like to take my time to thank Mrs Ifeula Samuels (supervisor patient accounting Medicaid) for helping me successfully submit my dad application I was struggling with for months, she’s was very patient and accountable. This is a great and caring hospital. The power of community to create health is far greater than any physician, clinic or hospital. Dr. Christopher Caravanos and his staffs are the best. They were able to save my mother's life. Thank you Dr. Christ and his team.

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Rajevac who was one of the doctors caring for my father in the ICU. He had COPD and she was very thorough and professional even though we asked her a gazillion questions. She also had some compassion, which many medical staff tend to not have given the nature of how they need to work. We prayed that whoever took care of our father was a caring individual which she was. Nurse Williams(Jamaican woman) was also a gem that went above and beyond. She took great care of my dad. Thank you.

They stitched up my finger with absolutely no pain, and everything was done very quickly. Huge thanks to the medical staff! Security 10/10, reception 10/10, nurses and doctors 10/10. They even gave me a vaccine at the same time! Very happy with the experience. Thank you for the kindness and professionalism
